In this unique class series, we will draw on ancestral and indigenous wisdom to explore simple, pre-modern solutions that empower individuals and local communities to nourish themselves. On August 24th we’ll focus on “Preserving the Harvest”. Learn ways to transform the bounty of summer into autumn and winter nourishment with the ancestral arts of preserving and fermentation. We will prepare and take home some goodness for our pantries.
