Tastings:
Taste DaVero - $30 - Offered daily at 11:30 and 2:30. Tasting fee includes our current wine releases, olive oils, balsamic, and a pairing plate.
For a more intimate and in-depth visit to DaVero, we offer our Discover the Farm Tour ($45 per person) and our Farm to Bottle Experience ($75 per person). Descriptions for all of our tastings can be found in the visit section of our website.

DaVero Farms & Winery invites you to join our journey to cultivate and offer Mediterranean wine varietals and other delicious estate products - all part of the ingredients of life.
DaVero began in the late 1980s when we brought cuttings from 800-year-old olive trees from Tuscany to our land. The trees love it here - our olive oil is regularly ranked among the world's best - and now our wines are too. Our Estate wines are produced from our biodynamicly farmed grapes. We use natural yeast fermentation and age in neutral oak barrels for a natural, authentically Italian style wine.

Our Hawk Mountain Vineyard on the main farm has 3 acres each of Sangiovese and a very rare Italian red - Sagrantino. At the Tasting Room property, the Valladares Vineyard holds Barbera, Pinot Nero, a red field blend of Sagrantino, Nebbiolo, Montepulciano, as well as several rare Italian whites; Pallagrello Bianco, Greco, Fiano, Moscato and Malvasia Bianca. Both of our properties are certified Biodynamic.
