Passport to Dry Creek Valley – Eight More Themes Revealed!

The 26th Annual Passport to Dry Creek Valley is rapidly approaching! Join us April 25-26 for themed parties and fabulous wine tastings. As promised, we’re revealing our winery’s themes, eight at a time until the event.

Cast

Cast Wines
Take in stunning views, enjoy live music and tasty barbecue bites from Vintage Valley Catering, and sample Cast’s hand-crafted wine by winemaker Mike Gulyash. They will be pouring the new 2013 releases of Sauvignon Blanc and fruity Grey Palm Zinfandel, followed by the more robust 2012 Watson Vineyard Old Vine Zinfandel and luscious Grey Palm Petite Sirah.

De La Montanya Winery
Keep on driving south to the last stop in Dry Creek Valley.   If you have visited De La Montanya before, you know they are hard to find but worth the effort.   If you haven’t, well then what are you waiting for?  Food, wine, music and who knows what other antics will ensue. Featuring unique varietals in limited quantities, best enjoyed with friends.

Chart your course to join the celebration for the Dry Creek Cup! There will be delicious fish n’ chips, salty shanties by The Seadogs and a stem-to-stern selection of fabulous wines!  Whether it’s sauvignon blanc, chenin blanc, zinfandel or cabernet you desire, Dry Creek Vineyard will help you navigate your way through an incredible tasting experience.  Look for the mainsail and come on aboard! Make sure to schedule a stop at Dutcher Crossing Winery in your Passport itinerary! Known for their award-winning, hand-crafted, small lot vineyard-designate cult wines, including Maple Vineyard Zinfandel, Stuhmuller Vineyard Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and Proprietor’s Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon. Come enjoy the spectacular hillside views, savor delicious food and wine pairings, and taste the winery’s futures offerings!

Ye outlanders are in for a treat. Journey north to the highlands of Dry Creek Valley and Fritz Underground Winery. Hidden away in the hillside of our 112-acre estate is a unique subterranean facility and newly remodeled tasting room. Join the lads and lassies of the winery clad in their finest tartan as you feast on potato cakes with smoked salmon and herbed crème fraîche with Fritz Estate Sauvignon Blanc and a hearty beef stew with their bonnie Estate Zinfandel. Aye. Ye ken ye don’t want to miss it.
